Responsibilities:
Successful Customer Service Representatives (CSR) are those that are hard working, creative and energetic. A strong CSR has the ability to multi-task and works well in a team environment. They are responsible for responding to all inbound phone calls and email inquiries in a mature and professional manner.


* Handles incoming calls in a mature and professional manner.
* Answers and identifies customer needs.
* Resolves customer concerns.
* Processes customer transactions including deposits and payout requests.
* Phones logged in and available at all times during duration of shift, excluding scheduled breaks.
* Responds in a timely manner to email inquiries according to internal procedures and policies.
* Addresses opportunities for potential sales.
* Identifies clients with specific needs and forwards their concerns to the appropriate department or resource/supervisor or manager
* Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned:



Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Good listening and comprehension skills
* Flexible, good attitude and dependable
* Good organization and multi-tasking skills combined with an exceptional work ethic
* Ability to demonstrate initiative in problem solving and detail orientation
* Capable of working independently or as part of a team
* Must have a flexible schedule
* Ability to change and evolve with a rapidly growing company
* Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers as well as fellow employees
* Is able to clearly communicate client concerns to supervisors before transferring a call
* Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook)

A Technical Support Expert from our ELITE TECHNOLIOGIST TEAM connects with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls or the internet to provide technical assistance concerning the set-up of home networks & Internet access.


Requirements:

We are looking for candidates with:

* At least completed 2 years of college preferably a Computer related course
* With at least 6 months call center experience in Technical Support
* Familiar with Internet Protocol Television (IPTV)
* Proficient in Consumer Voice over Internet Protocol (cVOIP)
* Knowleadgeable in High-Speed Internet Access (HSIA)
* Excellent communication skills in English
