Requirements:

    * Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology or equivalent.
    * Required language(s): English.
    * At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
    * Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
    * Female
    * At least 21yo
    * Very good English Communication Skills (Spoken and Written)
    * Job role in Recruitment/Staffing in Recruitment and Consulting, Call Center and BPO Industies
    * Must have planning and Organizing Skills
    * Results Driven
    * Must have done volume recruitment for a Call Center or in a Recruiting Firm and willing to share new strategies and best practices in recruitment and staffing
    * Flexible
    * Creative
    * Determined
    * Persistent
    * Assertive
    * Detail Oriented
    * Can start immediately (this is an urgent requirement)
