Approvals Representative
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Work closely with relocating employee, spouse/partner and/or family to support them in the relocation process. In this role, the IA Representative will administer the appropriate relocation policy for the transfer.
* Administer policies to support relocation, immigration, compensation, and family including relocation briefings and policy interpretation and issue resolution
Use of resource materials, websites and software to:
* provide easy-to-use and -to-understand information to the employee and family on the relocation process
* prepare assignment letter for relocating employees
* timely process relocation-related compensation
REQUIREMENTS:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Eastwood City,Libis or UP Ayala Technohub Philcoa.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
* Strong communication skills (oral & written) – confident and able in communicating with key managers and other external contacts
* Need to thoroughly understand complex matrix of Global and country-specific laws, policies and practices and interpret same to others in an understandable manner
