RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Recruitment Specialist will provide ongoing support to the staff by performing the ff various recruitment and administrative activities:

* Account Management
* Continuously calibrates with production and training to maintain the quality of hires
* Generates and presents monthly reports
* Participates in brainstorming sessions to streamline Recruitment Processes and Tools
* Processes inter-account transfer applications
* Conducts analysis regarding the effectivity of various Recruitment Processes
* Provides a high rate of match between the Hiring Manager’s requirements with qualified candidates for placement.
* Performs Initial Screening (Communication skills screening) and Behavioral Interviews to both walk in and scheduled candidates.
* Processes Internal Job Postings and processing of rehires/lateral transfers and trainee transfers.
* Plans, recommends and implements proactive recruitment strategies to ensure smooth hiring activities for the assigned program.
* Ensures at least 100% fill rate of all assigned classes
* Conducts account-specific processes (orientation, role play activities, and the like) as necessary
* Coordinates with various HR Ops/BU partners/and other departments in ensuring smooth transition of new hires.
* Attends to all meetings per advised by the immediate superior.
* Responding to applicant inquiries regarding their application process and their status.
* Performs other work pertaining to operations that may be assigned from time to time



REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
* With Good oral and written communication skills
* Has an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Must be proficient with various software applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Has an ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates.
* Has an ability to process a high volume of detailed work in a short time frame.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.

* Required language(s): English
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
